Sorry I've been ignoring you LJ, not on purpose, shits just been a little crazy.
Let me catch you up.
I met Henry Rollins.
Yup, met my fucking hero
and the dude was so incredible and nice, like I've met down to earth famous people, people who have not let their shit go to their heads, but Rollins, not only has his shit not gone to his head, he is just a normal guy, telling him that the shit he does/has done has had a profound effect on my life clearly makes the dude a little uncomfortable, which I knew it would, but fuck it I had to say it. The guy has been the model for my life since I heard A Rollins In The Rye driving to Rachel's house after work, oh so many years ago. He signed my book, took a picture with me and I kept myself from nerding out too hard, hell I even played it cool enough that some Rollins Nerd girl started hitting on me (woo-hoo!). I am forever in debt to Gne and Lotes now though, I mean, getting me on the guest list to see my hero talk for 3.5 amazin' hours and then I actually get to meet him, too much.
The band is still kicking the shit out of the universe, and everyone seems pretty stoked on the poster I did for the show, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm stoked on it too...here it is

Yeah, I drew that, let me know what you think. I owe Mr. Gebhardt a hearty thank you for telling me "you can't draw a straight line to save your lfe, let's try on the computer" changed my shit forever.

In other news, life is fucking great,
been working with Shawn from Instrumentalz on hip-hop stuff, cause he has sorta taken me under his wing since I got my MPC, loads of new stuff is in the works, hopefully I'll have something for everyone's listening pleasure soon.
